Didactic game has the structure. 
One of the elements of didactic games are the rules of the game. Their content and direction due to formation of the child's personality and the collective, informative content, game tasks and gaming activities in their development. The host controls the game by using the rules.
The rules have training, organizing, forming character, and often they are variously combined with each other. Educational rules help reveal to the children what to do and how they relate to gaming activities. The rules organize cognitive activity of children: something to consider, think, compare, and find a way to solve the problem of the game.
There is a structure of the educational process which includes four steps:
Orientation. The host introduces the topic, gives a description of the game, an overview of the game and its rules.
Preparations. The host presents the script of games, distribution the roles, preparation for their performance.
Hosting the game. The host monitors the progress of the game, controls the sequence of actions, provides necessary assistance, and captures the results.
Discussion of the game. The host describes with the pupils the game, their actions, analyzes the positive and negative aspects of game progress, difficulties encountered, the also discuss possible ways to improve the game, including changes in the rules.

Remember! The didactic game should be well-planned. And all the game material (cards/pictures/toys,etc) has to be colourful to atract the child.
